Am I close if I say a Red-tailed Hawk color pattern? It sure looks neat! What if you drew a red pyle ferruginous hawk? hee-hee...that would be interesting...I remember that you drew illustrations for Alida Morizenti's book that was never published. How long has it been since you have worked on hawks or other birds of prey? Hee-hee...I just thought of a BB Red great horned owl..hee-hee!
Yeah, I know, I thought about that (and so did other people!). I dunno, nothing's set in stone... I guess it just takes the "ohh, I get it!" factor out!
