Apparently the manager said we can't do it anymore. So we're going to alter the route and go to a different part of town where we can tie the horses to a hitching post (there's a hitching post? That's what my friend says!). For me anyway, the appeal of this ride is in getting my horse out into a very different environment. I just find it stupid that because someone complains about something like horse manure in the parking lot, it spoils a "spectacle" that a lot of other people really enjoyed seeing.
