tell me something good

Today I have a request for you. Leave me a comment and tell me something good. I need some good news. About anything. So many people I know are going through horrible situations right now, and I just learned that a friend and mentor is dying after a long battle with cancer and I'm so saddened by this news.

If you have something great going on in your world, please share it. I need to hear it.

We are not in control of life. Life controls us. It is the plot and we are the characters. The unseen realm is real and those who pass go there and wait for us to join the party. They watch us like we watch tv, knowing it is all for not. I am a 10 year cancer survivor, lost my granny, mom, dad and sister and miscarriages to the disease. Only love counts, love is all there is. Glad you reached out so I could pass a little of mine to you. Peace for all

I love my family, especially my 2.5 month old daughter. She is just so plain awesome, smiling her teeth-less smile, speaking in her sweet non understandable language.

I love my job.

I love my hobbies. Especially creating/engraving things of beauty. In which, I might add, you are also extremely talented :)

Life is so interesting, so full of potential, endless possibilities around every corner.

I know what you mean about needing to hear good news. My 8-year-old neighbor came over for a piano lesson yesterday, and she is always a breath of fresh air for me. As usual, she was bubbling over with enthusiasm over something going on in her life. Luckily, I get to teach her twice a week and thus receive a frequent dose of her optimism. JPT

Take a stroll outside and listen to your hens chatting. They always gossip and they always have some pretty funny stories to share.
