Katherine, That is super nice! This technique fits you well too. My question is about your "organic" ivory...can you do light (white) on the dark blues and blacks? Aaron
I should be able to. I need to polish those things up a lot more and haven't had a chance. But I have seen scrimshaw on dark surfaces like black linen micarta and some sort of horn (I'm thinking water buffalo but that might not be right) and uses light colors. I probably won't get a chance to try those out til after Christmas.
